Working with us

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Estimates are free. Call or text 321-321-9704, or request one online. You'll get a written quote, itemized if you'd like.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.

Which areas do you serve?

All of Brevard County. Six cities have their own page with the local rules we checked: see our locations.

Who will actually do the work?

Our own crew does all our concrete work. We don't outsource it.

Do you carry a license and insurance?

Yes. We're licensed and insured, and we'll show you proof of insurance when you ask.

Do you pull the permits?

If your job needs a permit, we handle getting it. The rules change from one city to the next and in the unincorporated county. Our driveway permit guide covers several of them.

Can rain push back my job?

Yes, it can. Weather can affect concrete scheduling, so leave a little room in your plans.

Can you keep an entrance open while you work?

We prefer to do the whole job at once. When access has to stay open, we can do it in sections. That's common on business, HOA and church properties.

Prices

Are the prices on your website what you charge?

No. They're published market estimates from named cost guides, and each one shows its source and date. We don't have a price list. Actual project pricing requires a free estimate. All our cost guides are on the blog, and our concrete cost overview covers most jobs in one table.

What goes into the price of a new driveway?

Mostly its size, whether an old one has to come out, the finish and the ground underneath. Our driveway cost guide has sourced ranges and a 20x20 example.

What does resurfacing cost?

It depends on the size and on how much repair has to happen first. Our resurfacing page lists published ranges and explains when resurfacing is worth it.

How is garage floor work priced?

There's no single price, because it depends on which fix the floor needs. Our garage floor page walks through the options. Each one links to its own published ranges.

What we do, and what we don't

What kinds of concrete work do you take on?

Driveways, patios, pool decks, slabs, stamped concrete, polished and stained floors, garage floors, repairs, sidewalks, leveling and resurfacing. See all our services, or commercial concrete for businesses.

Do you install pavers or epoxy floors?

No. We work in concrete only, and we don't install, repair or remove pavers. We don't install epoxy or any other floor-coating system either.

Is a concrete driveway worth it compared with pavers?

Concrete costs less to put in. Pavers are easier to fix one piece at a time. We don't do pavers, so our pavers vs concrete guide names a source for every number.

Do you seal or reseal driveways?

Yes. We seal and reseal plain concrete driveways. We also reseal stamped concrete, including stamped concrete another company installed. Whether sealing is worth it for yours is covered in our driveway lifespan guide.

Does cracked or sunken concrete have to be replaced?

Not always. Cracks can often be repaired, and a sunken slab can often be lifted. A worn but solid surface may only need resurfacing. We'll look at the cause and tell you which fix fits.

Before and after the pour

What should I ask before hiring anyone for concrete work?

Which license they hold, so you can look it up. Whether they'll show proof of insurance. Who pulls the permit. And whether you'll get the quote in writing. Our hiring checklist has the full list.

How are expansion and control joints handled?

Control joints are cuts that give the slab a straight line to crack along. Joint layout depends on the project and the site, so there's no one standard. Anything you specify goes into your written quote.

How soon can I drive on new concrete?

Concrete Network's guidance is 7 days before driving and parking cars, and 28 days for RVs or heavy trucks. We'll confirm the timing for your job before we start.
