Residential and commercial concrete services
Here's the work, grouped by where the concrete is. Each service has its own page with typical market costs, how the job goes and answers to common questions.
Outside

Driveways
New pours and replacements. We also seal and reseal plain concrete driveways.

Patios
Plain, stamped or stained, new or added onto the one you have. Base prep, reinforcement and joints depend on your site, and whatever you specify is written into your quote.

Pool decks
Resurfacing and new decks, done by our own crew. Worn decks can get spray texture (knockdown), a cool-deck finish or a stamped overlay. New decks can be broom-finished, stamped or stained.

Slabs
Shed, RV, boat and dumpster pads, and metal-building slabs. Tell us what the slab will carry, since that should drive its thickness and reinforcement.

Stamped concrete
The look of stone, tile or brick in poured concrete. You pick the pattern and color, and we can do most requested ones. We can also stamp an overlay onto concrete you already have.
Inside

Polished concrete floors
Ground, honed and sealed by our own crew. Matte, satin or high-gloss, in homes and businesses.

Garage floors
Repairs, lifting and new finishes on the concrete itself (no coatings).

Concrete staining
Acid and water-based stains, done by our own crew. Indoors or out, and stain can be paired with polishing on the same floor.
Fix it

Repair
Cracks and broken sections. Depending on the damage, that means crack filling, patching, or cutting out a section and repouring it.

Sidewalks, walkways and entrances
Repairs for homes, HOAs, churches and businesses. Raised edges get ground down, sunken panels get lifted, and broken sections get replaced or poured new.

Leveling
Lifting sunken slabs with polyurethane foam. It raises the slab you have instead of replacing it.

Resurfacing
A new surface over sound concrete. Finishes include broom, spray texture, color or stain, and stamped overlays.
For businesses

Commercial concrete
Parking areas, sidewalks and entrances, dumpster pads, larger commercial slabs, and polished or stained floors for shops and offices.

What does concrete work typically cost in Brevard County?
These are published market estimates from national and Central Florida cost guides. They are not our prices. Your price depends on your site, and actual project pricing requires a free estimate.
| Job | Typical market range | Source (checked Sep 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Concrete driveway | $5–$21 per sq ft · most projects $2,738–$14,703 | Angi, Orlando FL cost guide, updated May 2026 |
| Concrete patio | $4–$7 per sq ft · most projects $1,666–$4,063 | Angi, Orlando FL cost guide, updated Aug 2026 |
| Stamped concrete | $9–$30 per sq ft · most projects $2,375–$6,833 | Angi, Orlando FL cost guide, updated Jul 2026 |
| Pool deck resurfacing | $3–$12 per sq ft · about $1,500–$10,800 for a 500–900 sq ft deck | HomeGuide national cost guide, Jul 2025 |
| Polished concrete floors | $3–$12 per sq ft (decorative $5–$15+) | HomeGuide national cost guide, Feb 2026 |
Here's what moves your number:
- Size and shape. Square footage drives most of the cost. Curves and steps add labor.
- Tear-out. Removing an old slab and hauling it away adds to the total.
- The ground underneath. Brevard's sandy soil needs proper base prep, or the slab settles and cracks.
- Thickness and reinforcement. Heavier loads need a thicker slab and steel.
- Finish. Broom finish costs least. Stamped, stained and polished finishes cost more.

You call three concrete companies. One calls back. Nobody will say a number until they've walked your yard.
So you still don't know if you're looking at a small bill or a big one.
That's backwards. You should know the ballpark before you take time off for a site visit. So we post it.
A concrete contractor for Brevard homes, businesses and builders
We pour, finish and fix concrete in Melbourne, Florida and across Brevard County. That's the whole business on this site. Driveways and patios, pool decks and floors, pads and slabs, and the repairs in between.
We're concrete only. No pavers of any kind, and no epoxy or other floor-coating systems. If that's the job, a different company is the right call.
Who we work for:
- Homeowners. New concrete around the house, decorative finishes, and the cracked or sunken slab you've been stepping around.
- Businesses, property managers, HOAs and churches. Walkways, entrances, parking areas, pads and floors. See commercial concrete.
- General contractors. We work as a concrete subcontractor. Send the scope and your schedule.
Cracked or sunken concrete: repair, leveling or replacement?
A sunken slab can often be lifted. A tired surface can often be resurfaced. Both cost far less than tearing out and starting over.
Here's how the problem usually lines up with the fix:
| What you're seeing | What it often needs |
|---|---|
| Cracks, or a chipped or broken spot | Repair: crack filling or a patch |
| One section broken up or crumbling | Repair: cut out that section and repour it |
| A slab that has sunk or tilts the wrong way | Leveling: lift it with foam |
| A raised sidewalk edge people trip on | Sidewalk repair: grind it down or lift the low side |
| Solid concrete that looks worn or dated | Resurfacing: a new surface on top |
| Cracking and sinking across most of the slab | Replacement: tear out and pour new, like a driveway replacement |
Some fixes come in order. Resurfacing changes the surface, not the level, so a sunken slab gets lifted first. And a slab broken into many small pieces is usually a repair or replacement job, not a leveling job.
We'll look at what's causing the problem first, then tell you straight whether it needs repair, leveling, resurfacing or a new pour.
Planning a new concrete project?
Most new-concrete calls start with one of these:
- A new driveway, or a replacement for one that's past saving
- A patio, or more room on the one you have
- A new pool deck
- A pad for a shed, RV or boat, or a slab for a metal building
- A decorative upgrade: a stamped patio, or a stained or polished floor
- A commercial job that needs a concrete subcontractor
Three things are worth sorting out before you pick a date:
- Permits. New driveways often need one, and each city sets its own rules. If your job needs a permit, we handle getting it. Our driveway permit guide explains the rules by city.
- Your HOA. HOA approval is separate from a city or county permit. If you have an HOA, check its approval process early.
- Time to cure. New concrete needs time before you walk, drive or park on it. We'll confirm the timing for your job before we start.
How Our Concrete Process Works
- Check the typical range. Use the price table above to see if your project fits your budget.
- Call or text 321-321-9704, Mon–Fri, 7am–7pm. Tell us the job and your city. Photos and a rough size help, but they don't have to be exact.
- Get a free estimate. We look at your site and give you a written quote with your actual price, itemized if you'd like.
- Put your requirements in writing. Want a certain finish, color, thickness or reinforcement? Tell us. We write it down and price the job from it.
- Permits and dates. If a permit is needed, we get it. Then we plan the work dates with you. For a business that has to stay open, we'd rather finish in one go, but we can work in sections when access can't close.
- Our crew does the work. The concrete is poured, finished or fixed by our own crew, not handed to another company.
- Keep it looking right. Down the road, we seal and reseal plain concrete driveways and reseal stamped concrete, including stamped work another company installed. See how long a concrete driveway lasts in Florida for upkeep tips.
Florida weather can affect concrete scheduling, so leave a little room in your plans.

- Weekday hours until 7pm. Call or text as late as 7pm, Monday through Friday.
Before you hire a concrete contractor, ask for these
Ask every concrete company for these four things. If they can't answer, keep looking.
- A Florida contractor license number. Look it up yourself on the state's license search.
- Proof of insurance. We're insured, and we'll show you.
- Photos of their own jobs. Not stock photos. Ask where each job was.
- A written quote. Ours are always written, and itemized if you ask. Know what you're paying for before work starts.
